Senior Manager PS Enablement
Lauren Jackson joined Vonage in 2013 as a Project Implementation Manager focusing on Enterprise solutions. She transitioned into a management role within Professional Services, leading a team of senior project managers installing complex UCaaS and CCaaS solutions. In 2019, Ms. Jackson shifted focus to a new role prioritizing Channel engagement within the Customer Success organization at Vonage. In her position as Senior Manager, PS Enablement, Ms. Jackson leads a team whose goals are to enhance the partner and customer onboarding experiences to ensure streamlined communication and a successful partnership between the Channel and all supporting departments within Vonage. She is based in the Washington, DC, metro area.
